On the first day of school we had the first football practice. The first week we only had our helmets on but after the first week we put full pads on. I was trying out for wide receiver and safety.

I was doing pretty good but then coach Culver said who was going to be on the black team. he said names that I expected to be on the team but the he called my name and walked up to go get our new jerseys and meet my new team.
